A large 6000 m² property, LE CLOS LAVANDIN has 3 fully renovated accommodation units and offers all modern comforts, tastefully furnished. Just outside Fox-Amphoux on the road to Montmeyan, towards Lake Quinson and the lower gorges of the Verdon. COEUR DE LAVANDE is fully equipped with reversible air-conditioning (adjustable temperature per room) and can accommodate 6 to 8 people.
On one level, the house has 3 double bedrooms with new, high-quality bedding (1 double with a 160×200 bed + 2 doubles with 2 90×200 beds), each with its own shower room. A comfortable sofa-bed in the living room sleeps 2 extra people (rapido system, 160×200), widescreen TV, DVD player and tuner. Access to the terrace via a large bay window.
Nothing is missing from this kitchen, which opens onto the living room. With its wine cellar and American fridge, the kitchen is equipped to a high standard: breakfast kit (Senseo coffee maker, kettle and toaster), cooking equipment and dishes, food processors, cutlery, pretty plates and a variety of glassware (soda glasses, wine glasses, champagne flutes, liqueur glasses).
Outside, tables and chairs are laid out on a beautiful terrace shaded by a majestic oak tree, the ideal place for your aperitifs and meals. There is also a covered area for outdoor cooking, with a gas griddle and pizza oven.
A few steps away is the swimming pool (8.50 m x 4.30 m. Depth 1.40 m, UV treatment and light therapy), surrounded by paved areas with sunbeds. A pool house with fridge to keep your drinks and ice creams cool, outdoor shower and WC. Parasol available.
The FLEUR DE ROMARIN and DOUCEUR D'OLIVE flats, each with its own terrace and private pool, are located in a building attached to the COEUR DE LAVANDE house. Approx. 30 m² each, entirely on one level, these flats are extremely well equipped with reversible air conditioning, and each offers the following amenities:
- a lovely, bright room acts as a lounge opening onto the private terrace with a dining area and a City swimming pool (dim. 4.5m X 3m - depth 1.40m - built-in hydromassage - UV treatment - light therapy).
